Your new position
As Associate Manufacturing, you support the primary packaging process in a high-tech and clean production environment. Your primary goal is to make sure with your coworkers that the packaging process continues smoothly. You will be part of a strong and capable team where good communication is key.

Your functional tasks involve:
- Running the production line according to operating procedures
- Looking for improvements and efficiency in and around the production process
- Maintaining and following the regulations of a clean room
- Supporting the production line by replenishing the needed materials

To be successful as an Associate Manufacturing at our client, you are a true team player. You are able to adapt to the situation around you and can communicate with your coworkers in a clear manner. Our client is looking for enthusiastic people who are open to learn and grow within the company.

The production hall in Breda contains several (semi) automated production lines. Within a team of highly qualified operators (3-9 per line), the primary responsibility lies in operating the equipment per regulated process and delivering according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
