Your new position We are looking for a Technical Operator for a leading pharmaceutical company in the region of Breda (North Brabant). In this role, you will be responsible for running a production line according to established operating procedures. You will handle administrative tasks within SAP/MES, ensuring all necessary data is accurately recorded and maintained. Collecting and documenting process data will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to analyse this data at your level to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintaining a constant focus on process continuity and development is essential, as is working together with other operators and the line lead to achieve all the set goals. Effective communication and teamwork will be crucial to successfully hit the production targets. You will work in a 3-shift schedule.
Your profile To be successful as an Operator, it is important that you have good communication skills. In the workplace, the main language is English, so a good level of this language is necessary to succeed. You are someone with a problem-solving mindset that always looks for solutions. A completed MBO diploma in the direction of VAPRO, Process Technology, Pharmaceutical professional or similar is needed for this role. Experience in a (regulated) production environment (GMP) and/or experience with standard operating procedures (SOP) will help you to be successful at this job. In addition, it is a plus if you have experience with SAP/MES.
