Our client (one of the leaders in subsea construction) is looking for an SAP Supply Chain IT Business Analyst.
The company is currently making the switch to SAP S4/Hana. Do you have several years of work experience with SAP Supply Chain and are you ready for a new challenge? Then this is a unique opportunity to provide your input for this greenfield implementation of SAP in the innovative organization in which Supply Chain, R&D, projects, production and HR play a leading role.
Function
As a SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst, you analyze business processes, define the requirements and implement the solutions. You work closely with key users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Within this greenfield implementation, you will have the opportunity to look into the engine room of the company and become part of a team that improves processes with the aim of taking business operations to a higher level. You will become part of the SAP implementation team of approximately 12 people, where your team is responsible for Supply Chain. A team consists of employees of our implementation partner, IT colleagues and experts from the functional domain. The team is diverse (age and background), informal and accessible and because they are all in one room, knowledge is easily shared and issues are discussed. This gives you the opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge in a short time and to develop yourself into an experienced SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing existing business processes and identifying requirements for the migration to SAP;
- Collaborating with key users and stakeholders to understand, translate and convert the needs of the organization into smarter SAP solutions;
- Defining functional and technical requirements for the development of new and existing IT solutions in the component for which you are responsible;
- Training and guiding key users, business owners and end users.
Requirements
- You have completed an HBO or university education;
- Approximately 5 years of experience with SAP S4/HANA and SAP Supply Chain modules (IM, EWM, TMS);
- Some experience with other modules, such as Ariba, Asset Management and/or Project Systems would be an advantage;
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions;
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders;
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
