The role involves independently designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting desktop technologies, with a focus on software distribution, patch management, and application maintenance. Your new role
• Create and manage global software distribution of packaged software applications.
• Monitoring SCCM client health and resolving issues related to application delivery, application installation etc.
• Create programs and scripts that automate manual troubleshooting and repair processes.
• Create and maintain SCCM collections, advertisements, queries and inventories.
• Together with Local IT staff troubleshoot and remediate issues related to OS, application deployments and client health.
• Setting up, testing and implementing proof-of-concepts for new applications.
• Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural and design documentation.
• Manage monthly patch cycles via SCCM.
What you'll need to succeed
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
• Medium proficiency with Autodesk and Adobe products.
• Excellent VB and PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with UI++
• Microsoft Intune
• Thorough understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO and DNS.
• Good knowledge of the English language (mandatory) and the Dutch language is a plus.
