Your new role

We are searching for passionate and motivated CAR-T Manufacturing Technicians to join our client in Belgium. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately performing various steps throughout the CAR-T manufacturing process, from cell culturing to purification to cryopreservation.
  • Ensuring the highest quality and safety standards, adhering to GMP regulations, SOPs and batch records, maintaining equipment cleanliness and environmental monitoring.
  • Completing all necessary GMP documents to ensure compliance and traceability.
  • You will be working closely with various teams and departments to complete production tasks, contributing to process optimisation and efficiency improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in science, (bio) engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy or another related field of study. M.Sc. candidates are also welcome to apply.
  • Practical experience within a cGMP environment and with aseptic techniques in clean rooms is certainly an asset but not a must, as extensive training will be provided.
  • You have knowledge of cGMP regulations and clean room activities.
  • You are fluent in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • You are a true team player but also enjoy working independently.
  • You are flexible, problem-solving and can multitask well, and you have a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • You must be living in Belgium already.
