Your new role

The role of Senior Process Operator concerns numerous pharmaceutical processes for the production of protein products, which vary from highly integrated processes which are managed from a central point in the department to allow separate process steps. They are managed by a team leader, or they can be partly self-managed depending on the process. Production is done in accordance with GMP and safety/ environmental guidelines. Certain steps of the process can only be performed by the Senior Operator who is qualified for the relevant process step and operators can be deployed at all workplaces under the guidance of hr Senior Process operator, depending on business needs and demand. Your responsibilities will be focused on managing the Fill and Finish aspect of the process, which includes assisting A and B operators, coordinating activities, being the point of contact for the batch, acting as first line of defence for deviations and cleanroom responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

You have previous experience in a GMP environment (+5 years) and an affinity with process technology is highly preferred. You are patient and want to learn as much as possible about your department. You can work well both independently and as part of a team with a flexible and driven attitude. You are comfortable working in a 2shift system (40 hours). You have an excellent command of the Dutch language in both speaking and writing. You are cool, calm and collected under stressful conditions as the filling department is often under time pressure to ensure the batches are bottled correctly.

What you'll get in return

Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 6 months through Hays. Extension to stay within the department is anticipated. In this position, you will get a competitive salary and your travel expenses are covered. Because this position is offered in shifts, you will also receive a shift allowance. Visa sponsorship cannot be provided nor supported.
