Supply Chain Manager (External Planning)
The Job
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the External Planning team as a Supply Chain Manager. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain, you will ensure the uninterrupted supply of our client’s medicines to patients worldwide. You will drive supply planning and delivery of commercial products manufactured at the Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO) in Europe.
As the Supply Chain lead, you will collaborate with key External Supply functional pillars to ensure timely supply to patients, optimise inventory and costs, and improve the overall supply risk profile. Your responsibilities will include production planning, raw material management, and logistics, as well as enhancing business processes and supporting strategic decision-making.
What Do You Need to Be Successful?
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A master’s in engineering, or Supply Chain with 2 years of experience, or a bachelor’s with 4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
- Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills, with experience in SAP or similar systems.
- The ability to form relationships, collaborate, and influence across a multifunctional matrix organisation.
- Experience in leading multiple projects and being accountable for results.
- A digital mindset and interest in growing digital capabilities.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing or supply chain settings.
- Skills in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical skills, business acumen, and risk management.

- Salary between €5940 and €6250 per month, including the 13th month allowance
- 30 PTO days per year
- €0.29 travel allowance per kilometre
- Wednesdays in the office, the rest is possible from home
