The Enterprise Applications (EA) department is responsible for translating business requirements into IT solutions and maintaining & supporting these IT solutions at a functional level. This department supports multiple business domains (like Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing Operations and R&D) with a broad range of applications / applications suites. The mission of the department is to accelerate business value through innovative solutions and focus on operational excellence.

At this moment, the EA department is supporting the Organisation Digital Transformation program. This program is one of the most important strategic change programs, sponsored by the company.
As part of this transformation, we are looking for top-notch experts that will help, in cooperation with Business and IT stakeholders, to shape the future of the organisation's way of working.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP S/4HANA Product Costing Consultant to join our team and support our digital transformation efforts. As a Product Costing Consultant, you will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide expertise in Finance & Controlling to enable business transformation.

Responsibilities:
• Gain a deep understanding of product costing setup and participate in discussions to drive the harmonisation of organisational assembly and test sites.
• Leverage the knowledge from harmonisation efforts to lead initiatives related to actual costs.
• Provide expert consultancy on product costing simulation, transfer pricing, and actual cost reporting.
• Drive improvements in daily costing operations and automate cost price approval processes.
• Explore and implement intelligent costing scenarios in S/4 HANA.
• Support cross-module workstream projects originating from the Plan to Manufacture process.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing SAP finance solutions specializing in product costing & actual costing in a multinational manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end SAP processes across multiple modules (R2R, P2P, O2C & P2M)
• Expertise in multiple valuation principles (both legal and group).
• Solid technical knowledge related to product costing and SAP processes.
• Excellent consulting skills with strong business insights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders varying from executive managers to system developers.

Preferred competencies:
• Proficient in large digital transformation programs in a global context.
• Experienced in SAP Business Technology Platform, Mendix, Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud.

Soft skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Challenge the status quo mindset.
