Your new role
The Manager of Human Resources will lead and guide the HR team (4 HR professionals) at their European Headquarters, while also overseeing the back-office functions of the branch-office in Germany, ensuring the delivery of modern, transparent, and effective HR practices that support employee development, well-being, and organisational success.
This role involves balancing business and employee needs, overseeing key HR domains, and driving continuous improvement in HR services to maintain their position as a preferred employer in the industry. You will report to an HR director, also located in the Netherlands.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
You've already worked for a large international company (corporate environment).
Solid knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and process-oriented skills with a structured approach.
Experience leading change management processes and rolling out corporate policies.
Knowledge of Dutch labour laws and legislation.
Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve optimal success and dedication in their roles.
Proven success in stakeholder management and employee satisfaction initiatives.
Fluent in English (mandatory), Dutch language proficiency preferred.
Available at least 4 days a week (preference for 5 days).

What you'll get in return

Indication of salary: plus minus EURO 100,000 based on 37.5 hours a week, including holiday allowance and a 13th month. They also offer a premium-free pension, 32 holiday days and a 20% bonus scheme.
