Your New Role
As a Senior Associate Manufacturing on the Operational Excellence Team Compliance, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading deviation investigations. You will conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Additionally, you will manage documentation related to manufacturing processes and compliance, and assist in investigating material-related issues to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. You will also support complaint investigations by providing assessments related to manufacturing process controls. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and compliance, ensuring that safety and quality standards are executed flawlessly to deliver high-quality products. You will also provide training and support to manufacturing staff to ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
Your Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in risk assessment and process monitoring tools.
Preferred Qualifications: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher, previous experience in a compliance role within a manufacturing environment.
Key Competencies: Attention to detail, strong leadership skills, collaboration, adaptability.
