For their office in Amsterdam Hays is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help further the development of the Amsterdam client portfolio.

The role

You will be part of the Banking & Insurance recruitment team in Amsterdam, a team that consists of 7 people. The B&I team focuses on recruitment of experienced financials for their clients. The B&I team has large client portfolio of various financial services players, both multinationals as well as SME and boutique size firms with demand for the right talent to help drive their operations. The B&I team will make this possible by providing them with the best talent the Dutch market has to offer.

The role

Your will be responsible for building and managing your own client portfolio, through acquisition of new prospects and developing them in to key clients. You will be responsible for headhunting the best talent for your clients by sourcing on LinkedIn and targeting the right candidate for the role. You will build your own talent pool of qualified financials and provide your clients with the right candidate for the role.

The profile

We’re looking for a sales person. You ideally have previous experience working in a professional large corporate environment, but we’re willing to consider fresh graduates too. You are analytical, communicatively strong, competitive and goal-oriented. You are fluent in English, Dutch and other European languages are preferred.
