Your new job
As an Operator at Tjoapack, you get to work packaging different types of medicines. You do this in a hygienic and modern machine park where you and your colleagues complete the shift. You are responsible for the smooth running of the packaging process.
Your tasks here include packaging medicines by machine, replenishing packaging materials, carrying out quality checks and spotting faults. You will receive internal training at Tjoapack for this and will be properly supervised.

What do you need to be successful?
To be successful as an operator at Tjoapack, you want to know how things work technically. You are eager to learn and want to broaden your knowledge on the shop floor. Preferably, you have experience within production or would like to gain experience in this. Furthermore, you have the following qualities:

  • Solution-oriented
  • Communication skills in English
  • Accurate
  • Team player

Tjoapack is a global contract packaging organisation of medicines. They do drug packaging in Etten-Leur, but they also have a location in the United States. Tjoapack puts the patient at the centre of everything they do. After all, they make sure that the medicines they pack reach the patient on time. As an Operator, you will play an important role in this.
